If the customer experiences problems related to shipping, please note that these terms and conditions are strictly complied with and our employees are not authorized to change the Norse Vape guidelines. Norse Vape AS maintains the highest standards of service, but there may be challenges with any third party. 

1.6. Norse Vape AS assumes no responsibility for additional costs such as taxes and fees, and/or any restrictions placed on the countries. The customer must comply with all laws and regulations in the recipient country. Norse Vape AS does not cover expenses if the customer has to pay the import tax set by the recipient country. We will not be liable if a ban is introduced on the import of electronic cigarettes and/or nicotine cartridges or a ban on other products on Norsevape.co.uk in the customer’s country.

1.8. Norse Vape AS assumes no liability in the event of delay of the goods under any force majeure conditions. 

1.9. Norse Vape AS accepts no responsibility for goods that are shipped as ordered but do not arrive as agreed due to conditions at the third party/shipping company.
